The major program of law is Cal / OSHA.

DUTIES OF EMPLOYER:

• Employers must provide safe workplaces and healthy Employers must create a prevention program against diseases and injuries

Employees should be trained about the dangers of each task

THE EMPLEYERS CAN’T:

Allow that an employee makes task that aren’t in law

Allow that an employee is exposed to dagerous without protection

EMPLOYEES HAVE CERTAIN RIGHTS IN WORKPLACE SAFETY AND HEALT:

Any employee has the right to refuse to perform work that would violate a Cal/OSHA law.

EMPLOYEES ALSO HAVE RESPONSABILITIES:

While working, the employee must always obey state job safety and health laws.

HELP IS AVAILABLE:

Employers who use any substance listed as a hazardous substance in section 339 of little 8 of the California Code of Regulations, or subjet of Federal Hazard Communications Standard.

Employers shall make available on a timely and reasonable basis a Material Safety Data Sheet on each hazardous substance in the workplace upon request of an employee, an employee collective bargaining representative, or an employee’s physician.

Employee has the right to see and copy their medical records and records of exposure to potentially toxic materials or harmful physical agents.

Donald Trump was born in San Diego on the 14th of June 1946. His father Fred Trump was a successful property developer that helped form the young Donald's business sense. Donald acknowledged his father's influence by stating that “My father was my mentor, and I learned a tremendous amount about every aspect of the construction industry from him.”.

Trump began his career in his family's real estate business after studying at the Wharton Business School. He worked with his father for five years and was extremely successful in making profitable deals. His father commented on his son's business success by stating that "everything he seems to touch turns to gold".

After gaining the necessary business skills in real estate from his father, Donald Trump moved into the Manhattan real estate scene. He went on to acquire some of the most exclusive properties in the city. Trump Casino, Trump International Hotel, Trump Marina Hotel and Casino, Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and Trump Tower are among his prestigious portfolio of real estate properties.

Donald Trump starred in his own reality TV program in 2004. The Apprentice program is a selection of candidates competing against each other in the area of business to ultimately become Donald Trump's apprentice. The program was watched by millions of viewers each week and was wildly successful. Each participant to be eliminated was given the now famous "you're fired" sentence. The series was a hit and has gone on to be one of the more popular reality programs each year.

Trump is a self confident and extravagant businessman that has made himself instantly recognizable wherever he goes. His interests include real estate, entertainment, gaming, and sports. Trump also owns part of the three largest beauty competitions in the world, consisting of Miss Universe, Miss USA and Miss Teen USA. Egyptians have been welcoming tourists to their country for thousands of years and

social aspect to tourism, the sense of pride Egyptians feel for their country and its
traditions both ancient and modern, the sense of responsibility that a host feels toward a
guest, also fundamentally connected to the national identity.

More to ensure the feeling of security than to fend off any real danger, the Egyptian
government mandates that all tourist buses and vans be accompanied by plain clothed
security escorts. In addition, legions of white uniformed Tourist Police patrol all tourist
sites and must be advised in advance of the itineraries and driving routes to be followed

Tutankhamen biography

King Nebkheperura Tutankhamun (King Tut for short) is probably the most famous of all the Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt, yet he was a short lived and fairly insignificant ruler during a transitional period in history.
Little was known of Tutankhamun prior to Howard Carters methodical detective work, but the discovery of his tomb and the amazing contents it held ultimately ensured this boy king of the Immortality he sought.
It is believed that Akhenaten and a lesser wife named Kiya were the parents of Tutankhaten, as Tutankhamun was known at first.
Soon after the deaths of Akhenaten and Smenkhkare, Tutankhaten became a Boy King at the age of about nine. He married a slightly older Ankhesenpaaten, one of the daughters of Akhenaten and Nefertiti.
After the ousting of the Aten power base they changed their names to Tutankhamun and Ankhesenamun to reflect the return to favour of the Amun hierarchy.
Due to his young age, Tutankhamun would not have been responsible for the real decision making. This would have been handled by two high officials, Ay (possibly the father of Nefertiti) and Horemheb, commander-in-chief of the army.
Sometime around the ninth year of Tutankhamun's reign, possibly 1325 B.C., he died. There is evidence of an injury to the skull that had time to partly heal. He may have suffered an accident, such as falling from his horse-drawn chariot, or perhaps he was murdered. No one knows. Ay oversaw Tutankhamun's burial arrangements which lasted 70 days.
Due to Tutankhamun having no heirs, Ay became Pharaoh and took Ankhesenamun as his queen to legitimise his rule. What happened to her after that is not known. Ay ruled for only four years and after his death Horemheb grabbed power. He soon obliterated evidence of the reigns of Akhenaten, Tutankhamun and Ay and substituted his own name on many monuments.
